Knowledge: High Voltage Transmission and Distribution lines and substations materials and equipment, suppliers, etc.
Qualifications: Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering (degree not mandatory, but it will be considered as an advantage)
Experience: Tendering for Electrical Utilities (international preferably)
Foreign Languages: an advantage.
