- You will be responsible to build up and lead the Industrial Engineering Department.
- You will do analysis, feasibility studies and implementation of new working organization.
- You will introduce, develop and support lean manufacturing MTO, DFT, TPM, Kanban, visual factory, efficiency, productivity and special projects: fire protection, safety, property audit, ISO14000, ISO9000, TS16949, IRIS.
- You have a university degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years experience in production.
- You have knowledge of metal cutting/pressing, plastic molding, final assembly/box build, connectivity, cables.
- You speak very good English, and German as an advantage.
- You have leadership experience and international exposure.
