Organizing, managing and supervising the training program within the company;
Being responsible with integrating the new employees;
Elaborating the training program;
Communicating with the managers for training’s efficiency;
Evaluating the development plans according to the annual evaluations;
Identifying the continuous improvement necessities for the employees in collaborating with the department’s managers;
Implementing the politics and the human resources procedures.
Minimum 3 years experience as Trainer in production environment (preferably in automotive field);
Fluent in English;
Good communicational skills;
