INGLOT is looking for full-time Guest Experience Specialists who are ready to take on this new and innovative role in our retail stores. Our INGLOT Guest Experience Specialists will be enthusiastic, assertive, and provide a passionate approach to guest services, demonstrating the core INGLOT and ROCS Group standards and values at every opportunity.
Our Guest Experience Specialists will:
Seek out guest contact and display enthusiasm and boundless amounts of professional, yet fun energy;
Ensure an exciting store environment, presenting our products and services in an appealing manner;
Demonstrate a strong sales approach, maximizing the store’s sales targets;
Ensure that guest flow is monitored and managed in an efficient manner in respect of clients and team members;
Assist the managerial team in the smooth operation of the store and/or studio;
Maintain communication regularly via calls, email, and weekly reports, as necessary.
Guest Experience Specialists require:
A passion for retail and outstanding sales skills;
Excellent spoken and written language skills in both Maltese and English;
Experience in a customer service role;
A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality;
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills;
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary, while maintaining full attention to detail;
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Commitment to superior customer service.
Exceptional time management, organizational and delegation skills.
