We are a large multinational company, based in Bucharest.
As we will open a branch in Cluj in 2 years time, we are searching to employ an outstanding professional, willing to work for 2 years in Bucharest and then move to Cluj.
Relocation package is available for the successful candidate.
The role will be of leading a team of 10-15 junior accountants:
-Monitors and manages on daily basis the staff performance and ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to establish standards
- Takes timely action to coach, develop, train and motivates direct reports in order to improve their performance
- Ensures professional customer care.
- Manages the targets, activities and achievements of the team.
- Supports the senior management and other support functions in administration activities.
- Supports/ prepares dashboard reporting.
- Economics university graduate
- Fluency in German and in English language
- Very good knowledge on accounts payable/accounting processes
- Leadership skills (motivating, feedback, coaching, action oriented, delivering results)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer orientation and energizing attitude
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, analytical skills
-Excellent PC skills
