You will be responsible with managing and developing the Operations for the Romanian plant to achieve the targeted efficiency, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction levels. You have to develop the Management Team to achieve operational excellence and maintain and develop internal relations and integration within the sourcing organization to capitalize on the synergies and benefit from internal benchmarking. Aim is to provide first class work environment and something for all to be proud of.
You have a University technical level (Engineering /Production) complemented with some business studies (finance, legal, purchasing knowledge). You already have at least 10 years experience in a position of Production or Plant Manager within a multinational environment. You have Microsoft Office knowledge and are used to work with ERP systems. You have strong written and spoken English skills and a good understanding of Purchasing, Quality and Planning

The site has commenced the move from workshop culture to Production environment with ERP system. Needs to continue and industrialize processes and also lift up standards to prepare for increased demand in the coming years.
