Receive assignments and bid document from the Business Development Manager or Head of Projects.
Study the project scope of works, clients' requirement, BOQ, project milestones, and specification from the supplied bid documents.
Prepare the Indirect Cost of the project E.g. Supervisory manpower, temporary facilities both for the contractor / client, sub-contractor, site overheads and running expenses.
Prepare Estimation of the project to Item.
Coordinate with Planning Engineer for the Construction Schedule and Resource (Material & HR) Schedule.
Participate to the Clarification Meetings.
Ask for Sub contractors Quotation as well as Service Suppliers.
New project development planning and management.
Health and safety adherence
Planning and organizing the activities.
Analyzing and integrating the reports.
Checking and Controlling.
Financial budgeting and control of Projects
Electrical Engineering Diploma
Experience in oil and gas industry is a must
Must have excellent knowledge of MS office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
Exposure to MS Projects & Primavera.
Minimum Experience: 7 to 12 years related work experience out of which minimum 5 years with leading international contractors in their tendering department.
Estimation of Construction or EPC works up to 50 Million USD in Electrical and Instrumentation Fields.
