Main responsibilities:
• Outbound calls to customer and understand their specific needs, collect additional information and documentation for processing.
• Develop case reports for service providers.
• Work with service providers to provide price quotation to customers.
• Communicate multiple options based on customer request and needs.
• Responsible for setting up appointments.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers
The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset, drive and motivation to be successful.
• Experience in sales / customer service / call center environment. Healthcare/medical experience will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral and a commitment to world class customer service. Other languages like Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc. are considered a plus
• Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of word, outlook, internet, etc.).
• Strong phone, data entry skills required.
• Knowledge of proper email etiquette and ability to compose proper business emails.
• Effective listener and able to understand and relate to customer needs.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation
• Possesses strong skills in critical thinking.
• Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct.
• Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.
Details:
• Candidate must have home office with computer, high-speed internet, and noise-cancelling headset with microphone, along with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other software (as may be required) in order to ensure productivity.
