Our prestigious Cost Engineering client are currently working closely with one of the leading Construction Industry Clients to provide the Cost Management function on various projects at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Southampton Airports.

They are currently seeking Cost Integrators, Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors to successfully deliver the commercial aspects of the Projects required by the Client. These positions range from Junior and Assistant roles through Intermediate Quantity Surveyor positions to Cost Managers. They are all offered on a permanent basis with salary and package to suit experience of applicants.

These positions are within an expanding Business Unit with the opportunity for progression within the company depending on career aspirations.

Our client requires people to work closely with the Project Controls Team to assist in the development of integrated time and cost plans in order to measure and manage performance. Selected candidates will support in the preparation of Monthly Progress Reports including forecasting and performance analysis involving close liaison with the Project Controls Team.

They also require people to provide pre and post contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services, undertaking own projects and providing support to other members of the team. These roles will be to assist in the preparation of financial reports and final accounts, and to audit Contractors? accounts. The job holder will also attend progress meetings / value engineering workshops / risk workshops.

Applications from people with previous Cost/Quantity Surveying experience are welcomed, especially with MRICS status and technically strong core QS skills. If you have strong influencing and negotiations skills, a sound understanding of IT generally, with specific skills in Excel, you are customer focussed and especially if you have Experience of ECC/Cost Reimbursable contracts we would like to hear from you.

Alternatively, people with experience of infrastructure asset management, preferably within the Aviation Sector and able to demonstrate an understanding of public and utilities procurement legislation, with a high level of understanding of the infrastructure market should apply.
