•Providing reports on daily bases, monthly and on request regarding the number and the nature of calls

•Good communication skills
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
•Knowledge of French, Spanish or German –would be an advantage
•Team spirit and problem solving attitude
•Ability to work under stress
•Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet
•Good internet connection, microphone and headphones.
