You are responsible to build a supplier base in Eastern Europe. You will develop East European manufacturers to become Delphi suppliers. You are responsible to achieve all targets, including timing and investment introduction. You will lead initial negotiations with new suppliers using best practices.
You have a university degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing and negotiation. You speak technical English, and German or French as an advantage.
