Job responsibilities:
- Contributes to the definition of branches? sales objectives;
- Informs branches about their strategic and operational targets;
- Systematically tracks the fulfillment of strategic and operational targets and initiates actions;
- Optimizes planning and performance management for the Branches Network.
Jobs requirements:
- University degree in Economics;
- At least 3 of years of experience in sales (preferably in banking field), at least 1 year in a coordinating position;
- Good command of English language;
- Good planning and organizing skills;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
