Developing IC Layouts for leading edge power mixed signal Integrated circuits for automotive application
• Interface with analog design
• Placement and routing of electrical devices according with schematic
• Layout of analog, mixed-signal IC circuits
• Physical verification (LVS, DRC checks)
• Interface with the mask house
• Using basic software technics according with in-house programming language
• In-house CAD customized tools development offering support in advanced layout techniques
• Completed University study with basic knowledge in electronics or semi-conductor technology
• Basic knowledge in computer applications
• Basic skills acquired by previous usage of various CAD tools (e.g. L-Edit, VirtuosoXL, Virtuoso Layout Editor, Orcad, Allegro, Protel,CADSTAR, P-CAD, Mentor Graphics).
• Layout of analog, mixed-signal IC circuits could be a plus
• Experience with electronics and UNIX/LINUX environment is an asset
