CORE ACTIONS
- In relation with the Area Manager of CLAUSE, carry out research trials and development work to assist and support help our established distributors in the Rumania.
- Coordinate experiments with the CLAUSE breeding and development teams and organise trials for them in Rumania.
- Collect market information on the Rumania market and report to the Area Manager
- Promote the new varieties directly to farmers and dealers.
- Make monthly reports giving the different information described on the promoter Activity Report
- Liaison with government institutes and trials stations throughout Rumania
PROFILE
-Education in Agronomic Engineering with some experience in vegetable seed business.
-Extensive travels throughout Rumania.
COMPETENCES & ABILITIES
- Technical expertise in vegetables crops and knowledge of the seed industry
- Capacity to plan, organise and follow up experimental and promoting trials with farmers, distributors and their sales representative
- Strong implication in the activity
- Ability to develop a fluent, positive and efficient relationship with our local partners.
- Capacity to participate and organize technical meetings and open-days
- Knowledge of MS Office package and ability of clear reporting
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Rumanian and English or French languages
- Proposition and follow up of a define budget corresponding to this activity
LOCATION: South part of Rumania
FEES: according to experience
