Your key responsibilities would be to lead and/or contribute to Research&Development and technology projects in the areas of user interface design, and collaborative decision making and cognitive task analysis. He or she would also pay a business development role in building relationships with European funding agencies and potential contract team members, and participating in direct selling and propsal activities realted to pursuit of European government R&D contract opportunities.
You should have experience or expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Education and training in aviation psychology, human factors, industrial design, or related fields
Expertise in human centered design, GUI design, human factors, user interface design
Domain expertise in air traffic management, cockpit and avionics systems
Operational experience as a pilot, air traffic controller is a plus
Excellent in-depth training from the aerospace industry experts
