JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Accounts Receivable
Position ? Accounts Receivables Officer

Required:
- Bachelor degree in economics;
- Experience in the accounting dept. at least 2 years

Abilities:
- PC Operator, MS Office (Excel, Word)
- analitical spirit, careful with details;
- good organizer and coordinator;
- communication abilities;
- English proficiency (Italian language is an advantage);
- driver´s license,B cat.

Responsibilities:

? Monthly report regarding the identification and survey of the clients delaying the payments for the leasing activity.
? Monthly report regarding the identification and survey of the clients delaying the payments for the service activity.
? Weekly report of the sold situation for all categories of clients, as basis for the society´s financial analysis.
? Transmitting and creating the sold situation for each client, according to necessities.
? Surveys the payment of the bills of the clients, according to each contract calculates the penalties for the delays and transmitts those to the leasing department.
? Collaborates with the accountancy department in order to ensure the solving of the issues regarding the clients´ payments.
? Annual report regarding the clients´ accounts and sales situation.
? Financial analisys regarding the potential clients.
