The key responsibilities:
- Responsible for turnover and staff
- Securing the realization of company guidelines (regarding presentation of products, customer service-guidelines, and so on)
- Being part of the sales team (so the shop manager doesn't only supervise, he/she also sells shoes, works at the cash-desk and so on)
- Supervises and coaches staff
- Does all administrational and organizational work in the shop
