Our customer is one of most important producers of ceramic products, bathroom furniture and accessories, bathtubs, shower cubicles, ceramic and kitchen tiles in Eastern Europe. Recently they brought in Romania their know-how and high quality standards.

GENERAL MANAGER
Location: ROMAN.
Responsibilities:
- Manages, organizes, coordinates and supervises all of the company activities;
- Has a thorough knowledge of the company¿s production, sales, financial situation and other relevant details of all the departments as a whole;
- Drafting weekly, monthly and annual reports to bring forward to share holders;
- Constantly suggest improvement and growth ideas for the company;
- Respects the confidentiality of all the inside data, otherwise being held accountable for the damages etc.
- Bachelor¿s + Master¿s degree;
- Experience ¿ at least 3 years in a similar position;
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet);
- Excellent English skills both verbal and written;
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, detail oriented, analytical strong leadership, organization, empathy and communication skills etc.
- WILLING TO RELOCATE TO ROMAN AND WORK LONG HOURS.
- Directly negotiable.
