Daily supervision of work progress on the site of subcontractors, partners and the quality of work;
- Responsibility for keeping the works within the design and prescribed work procedures;
- Preparation of technical specification and tendering of small works and supplies if necessary;
- Providing technical expertise and support whenever needed along the development of works;
- Constat control of documents according to law and internal procedures of the company;
- Participation on site meetings with the client’s representatives;
- Weekly reporting.
- Technical education – civil/mechanical/electrical;
- Certified Technical Representative - RTE (civil and urban works) is A MUST!;
- Relevant experience in construction – design and/or site management;
- Basic organization and management skills;
- Fluent command of English;
- Computer literacy – MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD; advantageous.
- Driver’s license;
- Time flexibility.
