RESPONSABILITATI

-Manage the local HR team
-Identify staff vacancies and coordinate recruitment and induction process
-Facilitate change in organization to help transition all levels
-Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems
-Develop programs to motivate and retain staff
-Pursuit employees apprail process
-Analyze training needs to design employee development
-Ensure all necessary HR processes and policies are in place to meet local legislation, and that they follow corporate standards


CERINTE

Knowledge & experience
-University degree in HR related area (legal, economical)
-3+ years relevant experience in a HR Department, in a multinational environment
-Excellent appreciation/experience of labour legislation
-English – advanced level

-Good communicator – confident and articulate
