Coordinating the entire activity of the Branch;
Implementing the Retail Division's strategies;
Developing the relation with strategic clients;
Administrating the cross- selling potential between retail and corporate products;
Managing the budget;
Recruiting, training and supervising the employees.
For one of our clients, a multinational banking group, we are looking for Branch Managers within Turda, Resita and Targu Mures.
Requirements:
University degree economics/ law;
Postgraduates studies would be an advantage;
At least three years experience on a similar position;
Good understanding of the financial- banking market;
Fluent English is mandatory;
Excellent negotiating and selling skills.
