ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Primary responsibilities and accountabilities.)

* Independent development, implementation and testing Connectors for Identity Manager.
* Drives innovation on provisioning operations to 3rd party resources.
* Communicates with peers, leads, managers and other development teams in a globally disperse environment.
* Contributes to resource knowledge expertise, training
* Provides detailed sizing estimates for schedule tracking and offers input into long term strategies.
* Daily communication with development engineers through email, phone, chat and forums.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Excellent programming skills, at least three years programming in Java SE
- Excellent analytical ability resolving complex problems
- Very good English in both written and spoken form
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and apply new knowledge quickly
- Deep comprehension of importance of teamwork
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Experience with Java EE, LDAP, Active Directory, DBMS, ERP Systems
- Experience with development and life-cycle methodologies
- Experience with large-scale Java architectures
- Experience in writing and maintaining APIs, Open source projects
