Responsibilities:
• Transaction Monitoring
• Calibration
• Process Audit
• Customer Compliant handling
• FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
• Trainings – Six Sigma
• Six Sigma - Projects
• Kaizen / Idea generation
• Statistical Process Capabilities / KPI Visualization
Requirements:
• Experience in Quality field for over year handling
• Transaction monitoring
• Customer complaints
• Feedback & Analysis
• Training and Mentoring
• Audits
• Yellow belt certification – Six Sigma
• Training on Quality systems like ISO 9001
• Experience in BPO processes
• Green belt and ISO auditor certification
• Demonstrated leadership at engagement
• Strong communication skills
• University background in finance similar
• Min. two-year experience in BPO management or similar
• Fluent English
• Excellent work organization
• Very good interpersonal skills
