Responsibilities:
• Management of order queries, technical support questions, and client escalations & disputes
• Communication with corporate customers in the respective country(ies)
• Ensure legal & regulatory compliance during the delivery process
• You will prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews
• You will determine priority of issues
• You may need to escalate issues to get attention
• You will prepare and deliver Reports in Excel database
• You will prepare mid-year performance statement
Requirements:
• Fluency in FRENCH
• Good verbal and written skills in English language as well
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
• Self Motivated and Sufficient
• Proficient with Data Manipulation using Excel (knowledge of pivot table)
• Financial and Business Acumen
