You will be responsible for:
technical support of the Oracle Finance and HR business systems
maintenance and support of the Oracle eBusiness Finance application suite
delivering of IT Service Management ( Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Configuration management) of IT systems to the Finance and HR communities
supporting the Technical Lead in measuring, communicating and improving performance against SLAs
delivering technical support
ensuring stable, reliable and cost effective service
supporting On-Call rotations
providing basic SW configuration services
5 years in a support role
5 years experience in providing technical support for Oracle ERP systems (specifically Finance and HR applications)
very good knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite 11.5i or higher
proficient in SQL programming language
ITIL
ability to lead teams and improve performance
strong analytical capability
strong customer / partner service orientation
knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications
fluency in English
