Responsibilities:
In the frame of new challenging projects in Brno, Czech Republic, we are searching motivated candidates to build teams of customer support specialists for top multinational company with worldwide presence, European leaders in their domain (IT, finance, insurance, consulting services, Business Process Outsourcing, order management)
After a deep and high-class training, you will:
• work closely with client’s (top multinational company and with worldwide presence) staff / suppliers
• administer their accounts, assets, accounting data or other business oriented activities
On the other hand, you will have a perfect opportunity to acquire skills and experience in new profession, latest business trends and apply all your communication abilities and skills to perform efficiently your role and become an expert in a specific area.
Requirements:
• secondary education or higher with IT/Economics/Finance background would be an advantage, but not a must
• excellent Italian / German / Spanish / French / Portuguese / Dutch / Danish / Swedish / Finnish / Norwegian
• excellent English (spoken & written)
• excellent communication skills
• user PC skills
• service orientation and/or customer orientation
• strong team spirit and self-organization
• stress tolerance, reliability, problem solving capacity
