Job function will entail:
Simplification of internal procedures and work-related methods in view of optimizing operational flows and improving the correlation between the structure, personnel number and division’s/ department’s dimension; an efficient usage of banking facilities/ equipments and costs-reducing methods without affecting negatively the products and services’ integrity are also important targets to be met.
Analysis of document’s flow within Head Office and Mid-City Bank’s Branches and set up of process optimization proposals in view of improving/ adjusting internal practices.
Job requirements:
University degree, preferably in Economics
Banking experience in methodology and organization-related activities
Good level of English, both in spoken and written
PC proficiency (MS Office)
Well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal relating skills
Very good analytical and synthetical skills
Ability of understanding and following up complex banking processes and activities
Reliable, responsible and committed person, accurate, flexible and efficient, able to meet tight deadlines whenever necessary.
