Job description/responsibilities:

• Office administration;
• Translations;
• Typing, editing and handling of various documents;
• Participation in meetings, including preparation of minutes;
• Keeping records of the project correspondence, documents, reports, data etc.;
• Protocol activities;
• Primary bookkeeping;
• Assistance to local and international experts.


CERINTE

Job requirements:

• University Degree, preferably in Foreign Languages (English);
• Relevant experience in a similar position is a plus;
• Proficient knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
• Working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Good communication skills, capacity to prioritise;
• Organized, team working spirit, positive attitude.
