- Organize and coordinate the activity of the branch
- Develop and maintain the customer portfolio
- Team management: recruitment, evaluation, development
- Start up the branch activity, together with the HO
- Previous experience as Relationship Manager for corporate clients
- Management experience is a plus
- University degree in Economics
- Very good knowledge of the banking and fiscal legislation and good command of English are a must
- Self motivated, proactive, organized and reliable person with good communication and negotiation skills
