Their integrated approach to the shopping centre business includes the investment, development and management activities. The Company owns or co-owns almost 50 Shopping Centres in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece, Romania and Brazil.

Responsabilities:
- providing technical expertise
- performing research, acquisitions and operating existing and new equipment
- ensuring the maintenance of equipment
- permanently optimizing the available resources (maintenance personnel and subcontractors)
- planning, ensuring, and implementing optimal conditions of maintenance activities for all equipment
- planning and conducting the activities to be able to meet deadlines, priorities
- drawing up and managing the budget for maintenance and utilities consumption
- knowing and respecting safety rules applied in the company
- knowing, respecting, and applying rules regarding environmental protection, storage, labelling and the disposal of products that are related to the field of activity
- support the shopping centre manager on the day by day operations
- coordinate and control all technical areas of the shopping centre (i.e. maintenance, refurbishment, security and safety, etc)
- coordinate suppliers and service providers; managing relations with subcontractors which are drafting the projects,
- prepare, control and submit the annual budget of the technical area
- provide monthly activity reports


CERINTE

- University degree in Engineering
- around 4 years of relevant experience
- technical competences
- knowledge of the principals of business economics
- SAP-knowledge- is an advantaje
- knowledge of maintainance and scheduling software
- good command in written and spoken English
