KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting work schedule
o Take over from night shift and check for Incidents during the night shift for follow up action.
o Checking on the status of all equipments and log down.
o Attend and record of any phone calls regarding complaints and ensure communicated to the respective persons for necessary action.
o To check on the PPM schedule and follow up.
o To follow up with the contractors on the PPM or ad hoc jobs. To confirm with the user for the window to carry out the job.
o Perform emergency support duty at plant.
o Conduct pass down meeting to colleagues on the status of the equipments and repair works carried out by contractors.
o Assist in changing over of equipments, entering into log books and monitoring the parameter of the equipments.
o Any breakdown should be immediately informed to VC and Operation Manager.
o Summarize all activities of the day and handover to the night shift technicians.
o To record all the daily work in the log book.
o To perform other duties assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o ITE - NTC 2/3 (Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC)
o Vocational training certification
o Minimum 3 years experience in related field
o Must be able to work independently and do trouble shooting
o Able to speak and understand English
o Able to manage difficult subcontractors
o Be a good teamplayer
o Able to meet tight deadlines
o Working Schedule –Routine Shift Work 24 x 7
