Preparing and responsible for W.P.S & P.Q.R for piping & equipment. - Responsible for welders qualification test and welders certificates. - Preparation and witness for all N.D.T method and destructive test. - Inspection for piping and equipment fabrication and erection. - Solving all job problems (technical & document). - Responsible for welders production and hours per day. - Dealing with Isometrics drawings for different items and draw as built isometrics, - Sand Blasting & Coating Wrapping.
Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Quality control with 8-10 years working experience in the field of Oil & Gas Industry.
Supervisory and management skills are a must. Ability to plan, organize, direct, control and lead.
Reviews department and corporate goals with immediately superior and also subordinates, at least yearly.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Practices
Work with vendors on quality related issues
