issue and deliver Electrical, respectively instrument project proposals on time. This will be done in such manner to reduce commercial risk and to maintain the highest standards.
Reporting to the Proposal/Commercial Manager and coordinating with engineering department related to commercial and technical aspects of the inquiry / tender documents.
Interact with other departments during the phase of proposals preparation for electrical/instrument related works, to support prepare and gather the required proposal content.
Verify/check all tender submissions, documentation for accuracy with clients requirements. Review/prepare the Specification / Data sheets of proposed Electrical distribution equipment for vendor’s quotation.
Good skills and previous experience in estimation, procurement, fabrication and construction processes.
Ability to review new inquiry / tender documents, to review/prepare technical proposals for projects, to determine the deviation and to be listed in tender / proposal, to check, review, estimate and summarize base cost.
