He should be able to lead a team of skilled and non skilled labor force. Prepare tender documents. Labor histogram, control labor spending, material controlling etc. Independent testing of substation equipment viz CT's, PT's, Breaker's, Isolators etc. Testing of transformers (Power & Auxillary). Testing of all numerical protection relays. Control & Interlock checks. Protection Schematics (BB Stability & sensitivity, Trafo Differential Stability & Sensitivity, REF stability & sensitivity). Preparation of test protocols, test procedures and As-built drawings.
Should be able to read Complicated reinforced Electrical drawings. Ability to read Electrical reinforcement drawings and prepare bending schedules.
Require for Oil & Gas construction project in Qatar. Graduate Electrical engineer with min. 15 yrs.exp. of which 5 yrs in Gulf, exposed to E&I works. Having experience in low current, BMS system, power distribution, design, Estimation and execution of Oil & Gas sector, multi storied building all Electrical services such as Power, Low current system, fire alarm system, substations LV and HT,CC/MA TV system, BMS controls system as per International code.
