HSE Training Manager

Qualifications: Ideal candidate will be well educated and have a degree / equivalent qualifications and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to promote HSE and Incident Injury Free. Organizational and management skills to lead a training service provider. Provide guidance and technical HSE advice to lead HSE communication activities, motivate and encourage employee participation in HSE training programs. Act as a coach to all members of staff participating in all HSE processes. Fluent written and spoken English. Should have the relevant computer skills.

Experience: Ideal candidate will liaise with HSE Training Manager on course scope and schedules. Assist in the preparation of specialist training material in their own fields of expertise. Lead or assist in the specialist training course. Provide support and coaching for trainers. Set appropriate assessment standard for training courses. Continuously check employees understanding of risks and controls and provide immediate coaching in the work site. Proactively participating in achieving the highest possible international standard of HSE implementation. Establishing a working relationship with supervisors and foreman and where appropriate consult with them on aspects of HSE. Thorough and detailed knowledge as an HSE training provider.
Capable of managing a team of trainers in the construction HSE environment.
