Plant operations. Position start date is 01 January 2007.
Primary purpose:
To develop and maintain comprehensive QHSE procedures and other QHSE related written documents. To plan, prepare, coordinate and deliver QHSE related training programs to company employees and contractors. To assist in planning and implementation of QHSE audits and assessments.
Experienced HSE Trainer with proven technical writing abilities is the job profile we are looking for.
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor¿s degree (4yrs) in any related discipline in an engineering/technical field
Post graduate professional diploma/certification in QHSE
Lead Auditor / Internal auditor certification in QMS, EMS, OHSAS.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Authoring, with at least 2 years of those in a Senior Technical Author supervisory (Project Leader) position in Management Systems and Certifications procedures including ISO 9001, ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001.
Minimum 10 years of experience in conducting HSE related training in oil and gas industry
Minimum of 2 years experience as QHSE Auditor in similar oil/gas plant environment involving both onshore and offshore operations.
This will be 3 years renewable contract (senior level basic salary plus allowances & benefits package, resident (non-rotational) position, 40 hrs work week, onshore work location - Ras Laffan).
