Location - Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman.
Controls the production of three batch plants and ensures that the concrete of the correct mix is delivered to the designated site at the proper rate for casting and at the correct timings.
Coordinate with the QC controller for the quality, slump, temp., grade etc...of all concrete mixes are compliant and produced in line with the mix designs and keeping record of the same for tracking purposes.
Receives from the various sites on daily basis the concrete requirements, schedules the next day's production per hour and assigns transit mixers for each site.
Maintains an accurate record of the different concrete quantities, types and constituents of each mix dispatched daily to each location be it Marine (on the breakwater), Quary wall, Achropods, buildings, CBM etc...
Maintains accurate record of the aggregate, sand and cement stocks, and ensure sufficient quantities are available for each day's production.
Keeps contact with the approved crushers and transporters and ensure the delivery of aggregate, sand and cement in sufficient quantities.
Coordinate with the laboratory to check and maintain the quality of the aggregates recd to be in compliance with the specifications.
Keeps in contact with cement supplier and the transporter of cement to ensure timely daily deliveries. Coordinate with the lab to control cement temp.
Controls the reinforcing steel bars and bend shop and produces the cut steel as per the land works steel requirement. Control the stock of the steel bars and alarms the materials engineer for minimum stocks required.
Maintain accurate record for the steel quantities cut and bent and produces a man-hour report showing productivity.
Controls the carpentry shop for the production of shuttering and false works requirement. Maintains, productivity report for the shutter manufacture.
Controls the precast yard for all the land works precast such as manholes etc....
Graduate Engineer with rich experience of minimum 5 yrs in batching plant operation.
