Main criteria are presentability, communication, customer orientation, etc.; The person could even be working as a front office executive / receptionist in a normal office.

The take home salary would be from 800 -1000 USD. Besides take home salary, these people would be entitled to Bachelor Accommodation / House Rent Allowance in lieu of it + Standard Benefits (annual Gratuity entitlement of 21 days Basic Salary for every year of service put in, medical benefits, annual vacation of 30 days, annual return air ticket (which can also be encashed). They would also be able to earn monthly incentives in the range of 100 – 150 USD (on the conservative side)
