RESPONSABILITATI

Very polished female or male person, who is working in the front office area (obviously at a supervisor / manager level) in a 4-5 Star Hotel. The person should have 2+ years experience. Very high customer orientation and should be able to handle the Customer Care department spread over 5-6 customer care outlets. Needless to say, he/she would be a process based person with very good written and oral communication skills.


CERINTE

The person should have at least 2 years experience in customer care / customer management.


BENEFICII OFERITE

Compensation:
The take home Basic salary would be around 800 USD. Besides take home Basic Salary, these people would be entitled to Bachelor Accommodation / House Rent Allowance in lieu of it + Free local transportation for official purpose + Standard Benefits (annual Gratuity entitlement @ 21 days Basic Salary for every year of service put in, medical benefits, annual vacation of 30 days, annual return air ticket (which can also be encashed), etc.). They would also be able to earn monthly incentives in the range of 100 – 150 USD (on the conservative side).
