Position Title COMMISSIONER

Reports to: HQ: Erection & Commissioning Dept.
Main Purpose: Ensure the correct execution of the Cold/Hot Commissioning of the System, in accordance to the Contractual Time Schedule and Technical Requirement. Achieve the contractual Performances figures. Achieve PAC & FAC Certificates. Coordinate Sub-Contractors, if any.
Main activities will include, but not limited to:
- Planning of resources and Sub-Contractors intervention
- Planning of site activities.
- Signing of Commissioning Completion documents
- Managing of contractual documents, drawings, manuals, etc
- Management of Vendors and contractors.
- Managing of the relationship with the Client and local authorities.
- Punch lists follow up and finalization attitude.
- Good capacity of Coordination with Head Quarter, contractors and vendors.
Required Competencies: The job holder must have proven: - knowledge of Combustion principles
- Capability in reading and interpret technical drawings/documents, such as, but not limited to, Process Flow Diagrams, Process & Instruments Diagrams, Piping general Arrangements, General Assemblies, Mechanical Drawings, Instrument List, I/O List, Process description, Safety logic Table, etc..
- Problem solving in team work
- Management Skills (with Client and site team)
- Planning skills
- Leadership and communicability
- Contractual Interpretation Skills
- Negotiation Skills with Client and supplier
- Good knowledge of the English language (speaking and writing)
- Good skill in computer
Age 30-45
Experience Preferable 5-10 years of Electrical & Instrument Erection and Commissioning activities in Industrial Furnaces
