KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o To operate the CCTV System and equipment within the parametersset out in the code of practice and operation procedures on a 24hr shift pattern includingweekends as required.
o To perform other duties assigned by superior.
o To record all events and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written Daily Occurrence and Incident Report.
o To be proficient with escalation procedures in relation to any relevant incident monitored.
o To be responsible, whilst on duty, to determine and take the appropriate action required in response to any incident monitored, including liaise with on site security personnel and relevant parties.
o To keep the CCTV monitoring and related equipment in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
o To report equipment failure to the site supervisor to maximise operation of the system.
o Checking on the status of all equipment and log down any defects in Equipment Defect Log Book.
o Troubleshoot and rectify minor problems. Identify the root cause and arrange to raise SO if jobs have to be carried out by contractor.
o To perform emergency support at times and special events.
o To control access of all visitors to the control room in order to maintain the high security and confidentiality of the CCTV operation.
o To carry out proper hand over of duty to the next shift.
o Provide timely response and prompt immediate actions upon any incidents monitored.
o Constant update of daily information to In-house TAM database.
o Ensure quality standards are compatible and met.
o Provide constant update and feedback on equipment serviceability’s status.
o Ensure work completion is adhered to time schedule.
o Enforce and adopt safety measures on self.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o Certificate/Diploma (Electronics/Electrical / Mechanical / Mechantronics)
o Vocational training certification
o Minimum 3years experience in related field
o Must be able to work independently and do trouble shooting
o Able to speak and understand English
o Be a good teamplayer
o Working Schedule –Routine Shift Work 24 x 7
