1. Reconciliation of general ledger accounts including recommendation for adjusting entries;
2. Preparation of client billings and posting client remittances;
3. Assist with external and internal audits;
4. Prepare and park general ledger and A/R entries to SAP;
5. Preparation of general ledger accrual entries;
6. Preparation of monthly withholding and personal income tax returns;
7. Reconciliation of the bank accounts;
8. Assist with preparation of monthly cash forecast and prepare money transfer forms;
9. Coding and dispatching US dollar payments to Houston;
10. Assist with accounts payable as required;
11. Bank Liaison
1. Degree in accounting;
2. Accounting certification preferred - CPA, Chartered accountant etc;
3. Proficient in spreadsheet applications (i.e. Excel);
4. Proficient in accounting software applications - SAP preferred.
The salary depends on experience, but minimum salary is $1500.00 USD per month.
