Implement the Global Procurement category strategy in local organization, execute procurement projects related to savings, supplier consolidation, credit extension and Supply Chain Optimization, TS 16949 - Purchasing & Supplier Quality process implementation, support the new development products projects in R&D and PPM.
Responsible for implementing the Global Procurement category strategy in local organization
Drive building and executing projects for P2P savings, being responsible for all savings and impact, supplier consolidation, quality & delivery performance
Drive performance management with Suppliers (Scorecards), Regular Supplier Performance dialogue (monthly, quarterly) with relevant Suppliers
"Strong relationship and succesive cooperation with : Procurement Global Category Team, District Energy Procurement team, R&D,
Product Portfolio Management team, local organizations departments and other BU plants Purchasing teams"
Develops a clear strategy for negotiations and respond appropriately to unanticipated situations. Negotiations outcomes are win - win results. Facilitate workshops using appropriate methods of idea generation and idea collection.
Prepare and review Frame Agreements with Suppliers
Engineering Diploma
At least 3 years’ experience in Purchasing field.
Extensive commercial experience in large procurement and supply chain projects
Good at leading and coping with changes
Trustworthy, loyal, ethical behavior
Global team player and teamwork facilitator with good communication skills at all levels
Proactive approach, personal drive and result oriented
