As part of the delivery arm of the BPO organization, the Transition Excellency Lead will be responsible for supporting large deals and the transition team to deliver transition Excellency deliverables in various stages of the end to end customer life cycle.
The Transition Excellency Lead will be chartered to set up efficient quality processes and tools to support transition Excellency program.
Summary of skills, experience and educational background desired:
Experience:
- Bachelors¿ / Masters Degree
- At least 4 + years of total experience required including minimum 1 year of project management experience
- Experience in BPO industry is desired
- Exposure to work with transition teams will be an added advantage
- Experience in a similar role, or in a project management role in a large program is desired
Skills:
- Project Management
- Skilled in statistics / methods in Quality / Good knowledge of Six sigma methodology strongly desired
- Very strong analytical skills
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve
- Very attentive to details
- Good user level knowledge of Excel, MS project
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good change management skills and influencing skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and handle critical customer requirements
- Continuously deliver results in aggressive timelines
- Self ¿starter and one who takes a lead
