Adecco International Mobility is recruiting sourcers for an American international company who is looking to grow their business in the CEE region and would like to create a temporary team of sourcers/recruiters to help them with the task .
If you:
• Are up to speed with the standard sourcing techniques
• Would like to recruit top talent for a well-known brand
• Have a creative solutions driven mindset, with a ‘get things done’ attitude
• Speak Fluent English (or some additional languages like Russian, Polish, German, Czech, Hungarian)
• Have a solid university degree

WHAT YOU’LL DO :
• Source top talent for the marketing & operations throughout Central & Eastern Europe
• Be involved in the first part of the recruitment cycle
• Manage hiring manager expectations and develop processes around interviewing
• Be knowledgeable about the client’s business and why people should work here.
Place of work: Uber office in Warsaw
It’s a 2-3 month summer project for candidates with at last initial experience in recruitment.
No experience is required as long as you are up to speed with LinkedIn Recruiter and standard sourcing techniques. Language skills and smarts (solid degree) would trump experience in that particular case.
