Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with branded suppliers in the process;
• Travel abroad is obviously an important part of the role;
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2000 is desirable.
Requirements:
• Proven buying experience within a fast moving retail environment;
• Very good knowledge of Eastern Markets and fabrics;
• Ability to identify trends in the market and build a commercial range around their ideas
• Strong eye for fashion and some prior experience of the relevant market;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to seek out and close commercial deals.
