RESPONSABILITATI

Junior Security Specialist within Network Services will be directly involved in the coordination, development, and operational support of IT security solutions for the Accenture Infrastructure Outsourcing organization. This includes standard IT security solutions that satisfy Accenture internal IT security policies and, as required, will also include solutions for client outsourcing engagements. Additionally, the Security Engineer may be asked to lead project activities with a multi-regional scope which includes resource requirements across Infrastructure Outsourcing

Responsibilities:

Junior Security Specialist will serve in three primary capacities:

- Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Serve as knowledgeable resource within the security technology areas
- Provide technical recommendations for Accenture’s networking infrastructure within subject matter areas
- Develop and document security architectures that support Accenture’s evolving business needs
- Design security architectures which support Accenture’s client engagements and outsourcing efforts
- Provide input into systems management tools to effectively and securely manage security infrastructure
- Serve as a point of contact for non-operational questions by other teams within Accenture IO, across Global Delivery teams, and throughout Accenture
- Project Resource
- Serve as project resource for moderately-sized activities
- Contribute to the development of required project work plans
- Gather project and/or engagement requirements
- Research appropriate technology and product offerings
- Provide technical evaluation of identified product offerings
- Provide input into infrastructure solution recommendation
- Participate in pilot implementations of newly developed security solutions and product sets
- Support operational transition of infrastructure solutions to Network Operations Center (NOC)
- Assist to other delivery organizations with cost estimates for project and engagement solutions, as required
- Operational Support
- Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support for production network problems within Accenture’s security infrastructure and client outsourcing solutions
- Participate in regular on-call rotation schedule which provides 24x7 escalation


CERINTE

Knowledge / Skills Required:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Work experience in designing related security architecture and operations
- EU Citizenship or valid visa and work permit
- Ability to work after hours as well as overtimes when needed
- Available to travel in the geographic area and internationally
- On-call support on a rotation basis
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Organization and presentation skills

Technical Skills:

- Technical skills in at least three of the following areas:
- General networking at CCNA level
- Firewall systems (Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks)
- VPN Technologies (IPSec, SSL-VPN)
- UNIX systems, hardening, patching, maintenance (Red Hat EL)
- AAA models, encryption mechanisms (LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS+, PKI, SSL, SSH)
- Working knowledge in scripting languages (Perl, Shell, C++) is a plus
- Industry certifications are advantage (JNCIA, CCNA, RHCT, etc.)
