For our client – a leader in travel industry – we search suitable candidates for Project MANAGER:
• Build, manage, lead the Implementation Project Core Team to success
• Refine and finalize the implementation project scope with the Program Manager and the line organization
• Estimate and identify resources with participating Line Organization Units
• Build detailed plan and gather sizings of the implementation project
• Discuss deviations, impacts on costs, dates, deliverables
• Coordinate and validate the Rehearsals and Cutover plans and documents internally with customer
• Follow project deliverable and quality through project Dashboards
• Write project closure documents and participate to the capitalization exercise by sharing the lessons and take corrective actions
REQUIREMENTS
• Engineering degree in computer science or related technical field
• 3 to 5 year of experience in BANKING environment on IT projects
• Fluent English
• Excellent communicative and problem-solving skills, sense of planning
• Change management and flexibility
• Organized and methodic approach to the problems
• Accountability and pro-activity, information gathering
• Enpowerment and coaching, multicultural approach
• Resistant to stress
