- running and coordination of projects implementation of IT systems in the area of customer service systems
- preparation of specifications, technical projects and implementation of new functionalities/applications in the area of customer service
- cooperation with external suppliers and management of team consultants
- university degree ( preferred IT profile)
- experience in implementing systems/IT solutions, (min. 2 years for senior specialist) in Telecommunication company
- knowledge of SQL and relational databases (ORACLE)
- knowledge of J2EE environment
- knowledge of BEA Weblogic technology
- self-reliance, creativity and responsibility in the implementation of objectives,
high interpersonal skills,
- time flexibility, communication skills
- ability to work under time pressure and stress resistance
- good command of English
