FRENCH PAYMENTS DIVISION MANAGER

On behalf of our Client, prestigious international financial institution, developing its Operations Centre in Poland we are currently looking for experienced French language speakers on the position of Payments Division Manager.
Responsibilities:
• On-going management of Payments Division,
• Supervision of staff and implementing staff policy (planning staff in connection with enhancement of business, recruitment, setting objectives, supervision, evaluation, trainings, holidays),
• Supervision of realization of transactions in accordance with customer terms, conditions and agreements,
• Handling issues and claims,
• Ensure procedure writing and periodical updates,
• Organization and optimization of payment processes,
• Participation in implementation of new payment products and operational instructions,
• Responsibility for operational control of transactions done by Payments Section
• Participation in projects connected with payments
Requirements:
• Higher education degree,
• Experience on managerial position in payments division,
• Excellent command of French and English language,
• Experience from financial institution or a bank preferable,
• Very good interpersonal skills,
• Good working knowledge on local and international payments
